Terms & Conditions

  1. All work is carried out as per Bunbury Computer Repairs Terms and Conditions.
  2. The Client or Authorised Representative must read and agree to the Terms & Conditions prior to commencement of any service.
  3.  Bunbury Computer Repairs is not responsible for any backing up or loss of data incurred whatsoever under any circumstances.
  4.  Bunbury Computer Repairs does not cover any operating system or any other software.
  5. The warranty or work carried out does not cover problems caused by software or software compatibility with replacement parts. Virus removal, repair to operating system due to virus or any other software program damage, routine maintenance to virus or threat scanning software (IE: virus, Trojan, worms, definitions, ad-ware, spy-ware or firewall updates) or operating system utility management software, or other software damage of any source and/or description are not covered under this agreement for warranty of office or on-site work carried out, shop repairs and phone support.
  6. All software related repair work is to be negotiated between the Bunbury Computer Repairs Technician and the Client.
  7.  Bunbury Computer Repairs will attempt to recover data if Client requests but is not responsible for any loss of data.
  8. No software repair work may be carried out unless the Authorisation Section of the Work Request Agreement is signed by the Client or their Authorised Representative, and
  9. By doing so the Client or Authorised Representative agrees that Bunbury Computer Repairs Technician will charge the Client directly at an agreed rate.
  10. Failure to pay Bunbury Computer Repairs for services rendered may result in cancellation of any remaining warranty.
  11. The Client must pay for any labour work carried out and any hardware or software license replaced by Bunbury Computer Repairs on the day of service unless agreed alternative arrangements have been made prior and all hardware and software remain the property of Bunbury Computer Repairs until paid in full Office Labour and Onsite Labour, including travel time to site and back to office $80 Per Hour.
  12. Bunbury Computer Repairs requests all Clients & Authorised Representatives to sign a Work Request Agreement and by doing so you acknowledgment and accept all of the above Terms and Conditions.
  13. If you do not agree to our Terms & Conditions and do not want to sign the Work Request Agreement upon our Technicians arrival, no work will be carried out and you will be charged a call out fee of $80.00 payable on the day of requested service.
